Nonogram 10x10

10×10 is the classic nonogram size: big enough for a recognisable picture and interesting clues, small enough to finish in a few minutes. This page opens unlimited 10×10 puzzles – press New puzzle for another.

Every puzzle is checked by our solver before it's shown, so it can be solved with logic alone. You never need to guess.

How to solve a 10×10 nonogram

  • Start with clues whose total is close to 10 – they force many cells.
  • Fill overlaps: for a clue of 7 in a row of 10, the middle four cells must be filled.
  • Mark cells you know are empty with an X.
  • Switch between rows and columns – each new cell helps the crossing line.

When to move up or down

If 10×10 feels slow, practise on 5×5 minis to learn the basic techniques. Once you're solving 10×10 puzzles in a few minutes, try 15×15 for a longer challenge.
